We offer an advertising portal where breeders list animals for a R99/monthly subscription. As a platform, we facilitate connections but do not sell animals or join sales contracts. Role of the Platform
onlinepetstore serves as a digital venue for advertising and connection. We are not breeders or animal sellers. Any sales contract is strictly between buyer and breeder; we are never a party to those deals.
User Access
Adults may create accounts provided they supply accurate data. You are responsible for keeping your login secure. Use is restricted to those facilitating or seeking legitimate pet-related services and sales.
Prohibited Conduct
Users must not post false listings, infringe on intellectual property, or harass others. All content belongs to us or our licensors. We are not responsible for the accuracy of any user-generated breeder ads.
Liability & Law
To the extent allowed by law, we exclude liability for user conduct or animal health. These terms follow South African law. We may terminate or suspend access for any breach of these marketplace regulations.
Breeder / Seller Agreement & Subscription Terms
Breeders pay R99/month on an auto-renewing basis until cancelled. No refunds are provided for partial periods unless legally mandated. By listing, you warrant legal ownership, compliance with South African welfare laws, and that all photos and claims regarding health or pedigree are truthful. We reserve the right to edit or remove ads and suspend accounts for non-payment or breach. Fees may change with notice. You agree to indemnify us against losses from your conduct.

Acceptable Use & Listing Rules: All listings must remain truthful and accurate. Prohibited items include illegal species, fraudulent advertisements, or duplicate entries. We strictly forbid abusive conduct, illegal activity, or off-platform behavior that endangers our community. Complaints, Takedown & Service Providers
Report Issues
Users can report illegal, infringing, fraudulent, or misleading listings or behavior via our official contact form or email.

We also work with third-party service providers for payment processing, hosting, analytics, and messaging; note that their own terms and conditions apply to those specific services.
